• Contact: name, mobile number, email (login ID) • Business: company name, business reg. no., corporate reg. no. (corporations), representative name, address, VAT/Tax ID (overseas) • Verification: mobile-verification status & time (codes are stored hashed and expired/discarded immediately) • Transactions: order/quote/service records, shipping address ※ We do NOT collect resident registration numbers.

Dealer approval and identity/business verification, order/quote/delivery processing, transaction & receivables management and dispute handling, customer support and notices.

Destroyed without delay upon withdrawal or end of transaction, except where retention is required by law: • Records on contracts/withdrawal of subscription: 5 years • Records on payment and supply of goods: 5 years • Records on consumer complaints or dispute handling: 3 years • Records on labeling/advertising: 6 months • Login (access) logs: 3 months

Destroyed without delay once the retention period expires or the purpose is achieved. Electronic files are permanently deleted by irrecoverable means; printouts are shredded or incinerated.

We do not provide personal data externally except as follows: • Delivery: recipient/address/contact provided to carriers to fulfill orders • Cloud infrastructure (database/auth): Supabase • Hosting/servers: Vercel • SMS sending: [provider — to be filled after registration] • ERP: our in-house ERP (SF-Zone) for stock/transaction handling ※ Changes to processors will be disclosed via this policy.

Personal data in our cloud infrastructure is stored and processed in the Republic of Korea (Seoul region). • Database/auth: Supabase (Seoul, ap-northeast-2) • Hosting/servers: Vercel (Seoul, icn1) Accordingly, no overseas storage of personal data occurs. The providers are headquartered overseas and some technical processing (incident response, logs) may involve access from abroad; should an actual overseas transfer become necessary, we will disclose the items, country, timing, method and retention and obtain consent as required by law.

We use the minimum cookies necessary to provide the service (keeping login state, language settings). You may refuse cookies via your browser settings, but some features such as login may then be limited.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing at any time via our customer center (+82-2-6276-1999) or the Data Protection Officer; we act without delay. Redress: Korea Internet & Security Agency Privacy Center (118), Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee (1833-6972).

This store serves businesses (dealers) and does not collect personal data of children under 14.

Row-level access control (RLS) so only the owner/authorized staff can view data, sensitive data (e.g., vendor codes) accessible only via server-only privileges, encryption of credentials, data minimization (no resident numbers), access-rights management and access logging.
